Over the last years
we have built up the crew manning structure, icluding branch manning
offices in Novorossiysk
(Russia), Batumi
(Georgia),
Riga (Latvia)
and Far
East (Russia). This structure is reinforced with skilled
personnel with many years' experience in shipping and ensures that
our customers' fleet is operated efficiently meeting their needs for
capacity, flexibility and safety.
All Ukainian, Russian, Latvian and Georgian seafaring
staff recruited through our company has necessary experience and
holds all the appropriate certificates / endorsements in order to
comply with STCW 78/95 Convention and special Owners' requirements.
The diagram above defines the distibution
of our crew on board of different type vessels. The most number
of crew falls to chemical tankers' share and is more than one third
of all our crew on board. The second place has been divided between
containers' and ro-ro' shares (18,75% per a share) and crew on board
LPG/LNG vessels occupy third place, having reached 10,16% of the
total number of crew supplied to our customers. The high value of
above mentioned shares is evidence of our company specialization
developed, however we take great care about highest-quality services,
provided to the owners of any type vessels...
to
be keenly aware of the customers' needs and to match them are our
philosophy
